Terms and Conditions


You can book a tour at Mileștii Mici winery directly on our official site using a credit/debit card Visa, MasterCard, or Maestro Card. 

In order to use this service, you need to take 5 simple steps: 

  1. Click "Reserve" on the main page.
  2. Choose one of the menus.
  3. Fill in the required fields from the opened page: date, time, language of communication, number of people, menu.
  4. Fill in the payment form by entering your bank card details.
  5. You will receive an electronic receipt with the reservation number which you will have to save and present at the winery reception.


Reservations are mandatory civil contracts between You (or Your legal representative) and Us (SE QWC „Mileștii Mici”), which becomes valid when we accept and confirm your reservation and after receiving the full payment specified in the electronic check.

Reservations must only be made with a valid credit/debit card.

After finalizing the online booking, you will receive a confirmation with the reservation number on the email address you indicated in the form. This number must be saved in order to check or cancel your reservation.

In special cases or unforeseen situations when we are unable to provide you with the requested menu, we will offer an alternative option or fully refund money on the card.


If you cancel the reservation 2 or more days before the request, the entire amount of money will be refunded to your card.

We reserve the right to cancel the reservation in case of any technical problems. In this case, the full amount of money will be returned on the card.

What kind of personal information we collect from people who visit our site?

In the process of online booking, if necessary, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, phone number or other details, which will help us to contact you.

We collect information when you make an online reservation, subscribe to our newsletter, or enter the information on our website.

How do we use your information?

We may use the information you introduced in the booking form. This helps us process your request quickly.

How do we protect visitor’s information?

Our site is regularly scanned in order to detect security gaps. We remove them in order to make our website navigation as safe as possible. Your personal information is stored in a secure network and is only available to a limited group of people who have special rights of access to the information. It is kept completely confidential. Security measures are also taken while booking and providing access to your information.

Do we use „Cookies”?

„Cookies” are small files from the site or its services, transmitted by the provider on your computer's hard drive through the web browser (if you allow it), action that allows the provider's systems or site itself to recognize your browser and store certain information. 

We use cookies to memorize and process orders.

You can choose to allow your computer to warn you each time the provider sends you cookies, or to disable all cookies. You can do this in your browser settings. All browsers are different, so we recommend you access the Help option in your browser’s menu. If you disable Cookies, some other features will be disabled too. This will not affect the work on the website, but some of our services will not work properly. However, online reservation will be available.

The third part of the Contract

We do not trade or transfer your personal information to others without your prior notification. This does not apply to the hosting services of the websites of our partners and other parties, which help us in the operation of our website, in the conduct of our business or in our service, as long as these parties agree to keep this information secret. We may transmit your information in situations required by law. However, non-personal information may be provided to other parties for advertising or other purposes.

Third party references

Sometimes we may offer products or services of third parties on our site. These sites promote their own privacy policies, separate and independent of us. Therefore, we are not responsible for the content and activity of these sites. However, we tend to protect the integrity of our website and welcome any comments regarding those sites.

Do we allow third parties to track the behaviour of our site?

It is important to note that we allow third parties to track behaviour. We, in accordance with the requirements of COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act), do not accept any information from persons under 18 years old of age. Our website, products and services are aimed to visitors who are at least 18 years old.
