Sauvignon Blanc PGI 2021

The wines with PGI “Codru” (Protected Geographical Indication) are a series of high quality white, red and rosé wines, vintage year – 2019. The PGI certificates are issued after a long process of controlling the wine growing and wine producing. They prove the quality of the wines, produced from grapes harvested on our own plantations. The traceability follows the whole process since vine plantation upon the wine bottling. QWC “Mileştii Mici” belongs to “Codru” wine region, situated in the central part of the country. Due to high quality grapes, the PGI wines possess beautiful flavours and strong, lasting taste. White and rosé dry wines are recommended to be served cold (+10°C...+12°C), red dry wines – at the room temperature (+16°C...+18°C).

Sauvignon Blanc PGI 2021 - white dry wine, with Protected Geographical Indication, produced from Sauvignon Blanc grapes. A rebel wine, perfect for a summer picnic. The wine has a very clear, pale straw color, with sparkling green hints. Its tender bouquet harmoniously combines the flavor of black currant leaves and gooseberries. The taste is complex and intense, due to its specific acidity. It goes well with snacks, fresh vegetable salads, white meat and soft cheese, such as Mozzarella, Brie or Camembert.
